Fish Aren't Friends started as a little April Fools' Day prank concocted by our team at BY2048.
The goal was to parody some of the messaging of the seafood industry in an attempt to educate those that may not typically follow a page like ours.
We never want to shame anyone who eats seafood. We simply want to spread awareness of the damage done by destructive fishing practices, climate change, and plastic pollution and to promote the benefits of moderating your seafood intake with plant-based alternatives.
